Refill Requests *Existing Clients*

Service Description

For clients under a monthly management plan for Weight loss/ TRT. Please be sure to schedule your follow-up appointments to determine current dosing prior to refill requests. To ensure adequate delivery time, all refill requests should be submitted when you have a minimum of a two-week supply remaining. If you’d like to order add-ons such as B-12 injections to ship with your next order, please indicate this, as add-ons will be billed separately.

Cancellation Policy

You may reschedule/cancel all appointments up to 48 hours prior with the exception of Weight loss consultations and Men's TRT consultations. Due to the nature of these visits and the time that is dedicated to you, these appointments may only be reschedule.
